This from the New York Times:

‘When Joe Biden ran for president four years ago, he ran as the electability candidate — a broadly appealing, moderate Democrat from Scranton, Pa., who could defeat Donald Trump.

There aren’t many signs of his old electoral strength in a new set of New York Times/Siena College polls of the six states likely to decide the presidency. Trump leads Biden in five of the six states — Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and Michigan — which would likely be enough to give him the 270 electoral votes needed to win. Biden leads in the sixth state, Wisconsin.

Trump leads by at least four percentage points in each of the other five states’

….
The article goes on to point out it mostly reflects Biden weakness, apparently 70% now believe he is too old…surprise. It sets up for total chaos for the next year and beyond.
The country badly needs a competent, balanced leader….but in a country with many fine leaders, it appears none of them are in politics.

Biden was painted as a moderate in 220 - but I do not think the voters thought he would be destructive and would show leadership abilities.   He collpased in a heap since he did not have the leadership abilities people hoped for.

The problem is that Biden was supposed to ensure stability in the world - yet h iis weakness as a leader destroyed that stability,   Biden was destructive insofar as the interests of the USA is concerned.

I saw some video's in which ex-Democrats claim that looking at Trump's policies and implementation were asmazingly positive.    While he was President he was slandered as a warmonger - while the objective always was to ensure world stability through the strength of the USA.    Biden did everything possible to destroy the USA standing in the world and chaos is the result of that.

Biden in contrast showed no interest in advancing the interests of Americans and helped certain interest groupsd ahead of the broader community.   The Blacks and Hispanics are deeserting the  Democrats and the next group that discovered with shock that Biden is not interested in them as a community will be the Jews.

I wonder what the situation will be in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.   destruction of Law and Order in those three States are not to the liking of the voters and that will cost the Democrats badly in the upcoming election.

I would rather think that a younger person like Senator Hawley should be the leader of the USA - and maybe he will becme that in 2028,

Exactly, Moz. I think it's a swap rat thing. That's why they bounced Tulsi and so many smart young leaders from the deck. You look at the people in charge and it's basically an conglomerate of coffin dodgers. I say go and find a school principal that has been teaching in an inner city school for 20 years and there'd be a high probability that he'll be better than all the current candidates.

What total and utter garbage.

Trump can outwork young men. He is able to give multiple speeches each day. His work capacity even at his age is extraordinary.

I am amazed at just how totally absurd the above posts are.

Here you have arguably the greatest President in US History willing to stand again and you talk about him as some decrepit coffin dodger like Biden!

Get real!.

Trump’s post election behavior demonstrated a lack of prudence that simply disqualifies him, not necessarily the ideas he ran on which had real merit. He should have passed the torch and the movement could still have been his for posterity.

All the Dems have to do is get Biden to step down and put almost anybody else in his place and they beat Trump.

The country wants neither of these geriatrics.

Some media articles are saying that 70% of America dont want Biden or Trump. They are only voting for a candidate because it is not the other side.

America could get rid of same old, same old baggage with Trump/Biden.
Both are far too old, and just geriatrics trying to be relevant.

It is obvious that if Trump does get elected, he will appoint himself for life. He is not the answer, but Republicans do not seem to want to vote for sensible conservative candidates (e.g. Nickly Hayley, Paul Ryan, etc)
Gavin Newsom may be unveiled as the Democratic candidate soon.
What I would like to see is Trump get convicted for trying to overturn the election, and Biden stepping down shortly after.

I don't mind a sensible conservative being president - assuming they also do not want to cheat in the elections.

Mozart

There are two younger Americans who could be the DP candidates - but both have buggered up royally as Governors and thjey have zero chance of beating Trump.   The3 Democrats have become an ultra-leftist Party and that will ultimately destgroy the lot of BSters the Democrats bec ame.

If one follow the Democratic Party nomination in 2020 you wou,ld perhaps learn that iden was supported bym the main Democrat funders and they used him to bluf the voters as beimng a moderate.    Biden became their funders puppet and if the funders dxecide Biden must stay - the Democrats will field him as their candidates with the media owned by the funders will go to war for him.

He is the funders puppet and when the funders decide on policy he has to implement it.    What we have is a Government in Committee and they realize they can get their bidding  done - since his refusal would be a political death warrant for him.   You are wel come to vote for h im - since he will be his masters voice.      .

The Wall Street Journal ran a piece on Nicky Hayley over the weekend, talking up her chances. Trump aside she seems to have the most momentum…..is a woman….smart and tough ….an ex governor and ambassador to the U.N… .and the daughter of Indian immigrants.
Hayley could actually get some Democratic support even though she isn’t particularly likable.
I’d vote for her, most of what  she says tends to make sense.

Hayley will lose against Biden by 15 points according to opinion polls I have seen before.   So why waste your vote on her - just support Biden to destroy the image of the USA totally.

What a shambles the USA is in with Biden and Blower in charge.
Yes Trump is leading in most poles but the Biden Demorats are way ahead in the "DEAD" vote count.
The Demorats are monitoring each and every newspaper in the country mainly for the "Despatched" info so that they can add those names to their list for the "DEAD Vote" as always.
No other country has as many deceased voters over 120 years old  voting in each and every Presidential election.
Amazing......

The Republicans will be fools if they do not take the voters roll to court to get the Dead off the voters role.    I read somewhere that in Kalifornia there were 5,8 voters on the role thatd ied years before or fled from California  to other US states,    In 2018 the Court ruled that all deadx voters need to be removed from the voting roll.   Newsomjust ignored the court order and nobody was removed.    In the Wisconsin voters role there are 143 000 voters registered as voters b efore January 1918.   That turns elections in  that state to a farce.         ,

I saw something on TV about Republican voting issues.
Republican voters ranked each candidate by issue issue.
The evangelical Republicans said that religious faith was the most critical issue for them, and that is why they ranked Trump as the highest in this area.
What a bunch of dolts (Trump is not religious, he is not even a conservative). He cant ever carry a Bible

Biden has been a twit his complete political life, first as a congressman and later as a senator.

How he ever got voted in as President is beyond belief.

Who can ever excuse him or vote for him after his sad attempt to railroad Clarence Thoma's nomination ( bearing false witness and claims of  inapprioate behaviour) for the USA Supreme Court position.

All this while Biden was associated with a top memeber of the KKK who just also happened to be a Demorat

Plus he is corrupt to the core.

Now see what he has turned the USA into, a nest of crime cities, drugs pouring into the country, justice, IRS, FBI turned political and many states overrun with illegals.

Crime is everwhere and out of control.

Many large department stores are closing outlets in some cities due to theft and out of control crime with no charges being laid or arrests made.

But political fueled charges against anyone who opposes or doubts him are rampant as well as inflated and beyond belief.

America is a mess politically, morally and corruption is everywhere plus the once proud american people are in the minority.

Shame, but remember you voted him in so they claim.

America is just reinventing itself. Bezos is leaving Washington State for Miami. People are abandoning the big cities. I went to downtown Chicago for a fabulous lunch at Nobu….but while the food was great, the city was far from its old vibrant self.

How this all works out is unclear, but smaller cities in conservative States are booming. And the economy is in great shape. Unlike Europe the US is constantly changing.

Biden shouldn’t run, that’s clear…there are too many challenges out there for a fading, never very smart politician.

No in the affluent burbs, there’s always enough for everybody. Do you have to fight for food at your local store? LOL!

SB

As per normal you are writing shit.    Fist fo all I do not think Trump is religious at all - and he has the support of the working class

Biden in 2020  did very little campaigning in the 2020 election.  One of his exceptions were going to Black churches where he went to convince the churchgoers to vote for him and he made all kinds of romises - none of which he kept.   So what you accuse the Republicans of are an allusion of yours.    Most Hispanics are Roman Catholics and the Democrats use that to their advantage.

To acxcuse only Republicans of being Christian fanatnics are standard SB BS.
