Worth as much as the normal BS the Soros-aupported  DA - who refuse to charge rape and physical assault -can come up with.   A joke - since it will get nowhere in court.    Remind me  somehow of the two fake impeachments the Democrats tried to use against Trump - in other words a Democrat political hit job.

Bragg is campaigning for Trump 2024.

While Trump has most likely broken the law here, I don't think this crime in isolation is much. 
Of all the ongoing investigations, this is the most minor one. 

That DA is going to lose New York for the Democrats.  In the recent House elections the Democrats lost 5 House seats

In the Presidemtial election in 2020 the majority of the Democrats was 23,13% - in the Governor election in 2022 the  Democrat majority was 5,70%.   

One of the problems in New York is that the city itself is experiencing crime on a very high rate and thousands o the more wealthy residents bolted and ran to settle in Republican run states like Texas and Florida..    Crime is rampant but this DA  refuses to charge  arrested criminals and in terms of Democratic Party processes they are out without paying bail the day after arrest to continue their terrorist crimes in the city.    I think the writing is on the wall for the Democrats in that stronghold of theirs.   Not only is crime an issue - the financial citizens is bad as well for the vast majority of the people of New York City and Buffalo - the two major Democrat- supporting areas in the State are suffering as well.    .

In judicial process in Democratic Countries the norm always has been the accused is innocent until the State proves his guilt.  So is the USA still a democracy - when the Justice system is un der attack and the politicians proclaim that Trump is guilty and he must prove his innocence.   That is what is expected in dictatorships  and the Democrats have been abusing that principle in Law for the past decade.    Nancy Pelosi has  just confirm the conduct of the Democrats as to jurisprudence.   

That is even more problematic when they keep over 500 people in jail and has not charged them with anything for near to 2,5 years.  Those they did charge they withheld information that in terms of law they have to provide to the defending council.

The USA  is destroying democracy and is beginning to look more and more like the erstwhile USSR and the present North Korean and Chinese regimes.

The site non-thinkers are so far gone in being brainwashed so they do not realize what implications of such a legal approach could have for all people - even themselves - has in future,

As much as I don't like how Trump operates or behaves sometimes, I have always acknowledged the good that he has done for the American people, especially compared to Biden.

This indictment will probably come back to haunt the Democrats......
