No chance of success in a higher court. The Courts in Washington are used by the Justice Department to get guitlty verdicts and with a pre-seleced jury to ensure charges are successful.
The Women are from Georgia and was shown in a video recording sending all poll workers home because of a water breakdown to the center and there is a video rcording of them staying behind and pulling suitcases full of vots from under tables and taking summaries and feed it into the computer used for vote countig finalization. Why is a court in Washington used - the claimants are from Georgia and Guilani is from New York and the alleged incident took place in Gorgia and not Washington, So why was the claim dealt with in a Washington Court. A higher court is bound to get that evidence and the case will be thown out of court in ten minites.
He must just wait till the court cases of Trump against Clinton and the media are finalized and Trump will win anyway. That included Biden and Obama as well ass the FBI and CIA and the Trump family and all the Trump family and his associatates will be laughing all the way to the bank. A cool $5 billion for the Russian Hoax is coming.
And then there is a case against Schiff and Pelosi as well for the Ukraine Hoax.
We had the Sandmann case already of Sandmann against the media for lible for $250 million each and all are panicking and settling making Sandmann a very rich man at 20 years of age. . The real scandal is that the Universities in the USA are based on that case refusing to sdmit Sandmann to study at a number of universities . What the left will do is beyond belief.
And then there is the Ritterhouse case. Sandmann claimed $250 million each from five media companies and they all settled on condition the amount of the settlement is not released - but is likely to be circa $50 million per case.
The Ritterhouse case includes Biden as well, The media cases are all in excess of $1 billlion each and Biden is in deep shit - he also lied and ended with a claim as well, Will Ritterhiouse end up a billionaire as well - Trump will get a few extra billion as well.
By the way there is anoher little claim outstanding and that is against the FBI for searching Giulane;s home and office in the hope that they would find a harddrive detailing the Hunter Biden laptop issue. the problem is the FBI leaking info about that raid to the media as well.to get media coveage on the issue.. The same with the raid on Trump's home are going to have consequnces of elakage to the press about the raid on his home.
The Justice Deparftment are trying to undermine their opponents by media libel and court cases, That is not going to work out well for both the Democrats and their bureaucrat supporters. The higher courts are not going to put up with that type of political BS..
