This is setting the platform of Trump's arrest for election fraud. 
The judge has determined that his lawyers are guilty of acting on false voter fraud claims. 

Even if Trump's lawyers only get a fine, it is a successful conviction of helping Trump trying to commit voter fraud. That sets the precedence where people have been convicted for 2020 Voter Fraud. If they are guilty, by definition so is Trump.
This successful conviction can be used in Trump's trial as proof of his guilt.

There are judges that is closely linked to trhe Democrats and give rulings accordingly - normally over-turned by the higher courts.   The issue of audits is going to end up in the Supreme Court and that si where the final decision is to be taken.
