It appears Trump's latest idea is to try to force Mike Pence to not sign the approved electorate vote as submitted by the states.
Pence's plan looks like he will duly approve of the electorate's decision as with the previous vice presidents, so the latest Trump legal case is against his own vice president.
Apparently, Trump's businesses have raised over 30,000 legal cases which is extremely litigious, so this is his speciality.
What would happen with no vice president? Perhaps Trump will put out a bounty on Pence, to replace his vice president at the last moment.
