https://www.politico.com/news/2020/04/24/trump-biden-china-debt-205475

Donald Trump is warning “China will own the United States” if Joe Biden is elected president.

But Trump himself is tens of millions of dollars in debt to China: In 2012, his real estate partner refinanced one of Trump’s most prized New York buildings for almost $1 billion. The debt includes $211 million from the state-owned Bank of China — its first loan of this kind in the U.S. — which matures in the middle of what could be Trump’s second term, financial records show.

But Trump’s recent criticisms of China have been muddied by his own mixed messaging as well as by his numerous financial ties to the country. Those connections extend far beyond the Avenue of the America’s loan: Chinese state-owned companies are constructing two luxury Trump developments in United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. The president and his daughter Ivanka Trump, a White House adviser, have been awarded trademarks by China’s government. And his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, has courted Chinese investors in at least one other real estate deal.

“While Trump is talking about the former vice president’s son financial dealings, in Trump’s case, it is the president himself who has a company he still owns and profits from that has financial relationships with the countries that he is supposed to be negotiating with on behalf of the American people,” said Robert Maguire, research director for Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.

Wait for the libel case to follow.   Good Morning Joe tried the same story and was forced to apologize.  The only difference was that he said it was the Russians.

Unlike the Democrats who took a $1,8 billion bribe from China there is clear evidence that the Democrats are their obedient servants after that,   Trump tore up the  Obama Trade Deal with them because it was undermining the USA,   Within three weeks after delivery -

*   Obama signed the Trade Deal; and

*   Biden said publicly - "Get real - the Chinese are no threat to the USA".

The fact is the Democrats tried the same stunt  in 2016 - they were bribed by Putin and they accused Trump of being supported by Putin - while they were Putin's agents.   The Democrats lied and even the Mueller investigation could find no links.   Wikileaks discovered the links between the Democrats and  Russia and it became public knowledge.

So wait for it - either Politico would apologize or the matter will end up in court.      /

No one is tougher on China than Trump. Except he owes the Bank of China millions...
All Trump achieved with China was a trade war. It took ages for a pathetic deal to be agreed.
The agreement of what China would purchase from the US is a joke. It is not even going to be 50% of what was agreed. (And that was before Corona Virus).
However this about Trump selling America to China, not the trade deal.

“ All Trump achieved with China was a trade war. It took ages for a pathetic deal to be agreed. “

I know I should just ignore the BS but what the hell. This is the crux. Trump forced Xi into a deal. He could have done what Obama, Bush and Clinton did and just left China to carry on butchering the US economy as per usual or he could have done what he did and put his balls in a vice.

If China really did this in retaliation as some like to speculate, well how did that work out? If anything, most of the world is now as determined as the USA, bar some of the looney left of course,  to be waaay less dependent on China for anything.

Sources? I would like to understand how this deal is better than what was already in place.

Trump talked about a better deal, but what he got was the same or worse.

I posted some material on this recently. He achieved diddly squat

Oh please. Where have you been? The South Pole?Haven’t you seen the figures of the crap trade balance between China and the USA?

Have you missed the whole saga where the manufacturing  jobs have been lost to China? You remember the part where Saint Obummer told the people that the jobs were gone forever and that they were never coming back? The part where he asked how Trump was thinking of achieving his idea of getting jobs back, a magic wand?

Now you want me to quote my sources? Are you drunk? It is like asking me for sources confirming that the coronavirus has broken out all over the show.

Free Trade is based on the notion that persistent, chronic trade deficits.... have to be addressed. Both countries are obliged to create a path to better balance. Addressing this Trump was entirely correct, but China wanted no part of it.

So he used tariffs to force China to do what economic theory requires and of course he was immediately accused of being pro tariff. But he persevered and the deal he got was remarkable for a president who wasn’t supported by the establishment and whose authority was undermined by the Muller probe and Impeachment Proceedings.

Fair minded people would recognize getting a good deal was a remarkable accomplishment.

Many of the things Trump talked about were not achieved. Phase 1 is a compromise agreement, it did not achieve many of the goals it set out to do.

China is way behind their promised purchases(e.g. They are buying Beans from South America instead of the US). This has traditionally made up 50% of the agricultural exports to China.

I have some more info that I posted on another blog post. (About to go surfing now- but will put that up later)'

In the meantime, check these articles out

Experts are saying that it was a very small deal “

Stop digging mate. You are making a bigger fool of yourself every time. There is a good reason why some may call it a small deal. The hint is in the news headlines when it was signed. I will use one of them to try and explain why it may be perceived as “a very small deal”. I hope you get it.

This thread was about Trump selling America.  He is in league with China and the globalists.

There was a thread about the Chinese deal, no need to muddy the water.

This is why Trump does not want to publish his tax return to the public as it will show he is a hypocrite. Any way to evade paying tax, Trump will do it!

There is no proof of anything in that story at all - if they had any proof whatsoever they would have named the so-called partner.   Could they not have checked out the title deeds of the Projects and determine who are actually registered as owners of the properties, ot a single document that supports the fairy tale,

Dangerous to fall for those kind of things.

Translation. “Stop putting me in a position where I can make a fool of myself. Can’t you see that I am busy suggesting that Trump is the only American who was not allowed to do business with Chinese banks? Not even before he ran for president?”

What about big corporations who have been selling America?

You don’t suppose Apple May also have dealings with Chinese banks, do you? No problem there, is there?

What about Acer? Abbot Laboratories perhaps? Or what about AIG Finance and Adidas? You want me to carry on? As you can see, I have only started with the companies starting with “A”. The rest of the A’s are still open before we even start with the rest of the alphabet, right down to Whirlpool, Xerox, Yahoo and Zale Corporation towards the bottom. All of them selling America in Chinese sweatshops.

Anyways. Stay cool Sharkie, stay cool. You have another heartbreaking thread coming your way sometime during the weekend.

@Ceradyne, the point is that Trump is a hypocrite. He is certainly not the only US company or person to use China, but he is building his campaign on nationalism and American people first. All in the while he is selling prime real estate to China. If Trump would disclose his tax returns, what else could be found?

Trump says that his political opponent will sell America to China- yet it is fine for Trump to do this. Trump has always faced scrutiny about his tax practises long before he was the US president.

In most countries, people hate corporates that do tax evasion. See Richard Branson in the UK wants a government bailout for Virgin airlines. However, he does offshore banking to pay less tax. Now he wants the UK taxpayer to bail his company out. I say let his company go bust. Why should we bail him out, if he is a tax evader?

Farking hell but you really are far gone, aren’t you.

You do know that everybody in the WH and more specifically the President‘s and the Vice President’s financial stuff is being scrutinised on an ongoing basis, don’t you? Same with Congressmen and Senators.

But don’t let that stand in a the way of a juicy argument, I suppose.

Also, unlike the Bidens who expanded their international deals when Sleepy Joe became VP, the Trump organisation suspended all their international negotiations. That is apart from Trump himself stepping away from the Trump organisation.

All of that makes Draad’s donkey clip, in reaction to your petulant reply, extremely appropriate.

No Ceradunce, people want his tax returns for the last 40 years. All other presidents have given Tax returns except Trump.  He went bankrupt in the 90's - and was in the red for billions.
However, the point is that Trump claims to be pro-American, but he is selling prime real estate to China. A globalist traitor that wants people to vote for him on the basis that he is American first.
Trump is for the corporate millionaire rich American first - not the average American first. Globalist monopolies with American head offices. His campaign is targeted at gullible religious people that will support him. He is a con man. People say he is dumb. I don't think he is. I think he is an unscrupulous calculated liar that manipulates any stats that he can to make himself look better.
Many of his supporters are just not objective enough to see he is pulling the wool over their eyes, and playing them for fools. If Trump gets a second term more people will see his true nature. He will outsource jobs to other countries- it is all about corporate profit, nothing about the average American.
The difference between Trumpanzees and everyone else-  is that everyone else is more objective about politicians. No one is saying Biden is brilliant or any other politician for that matter, but the Trumpanzees want to lick Trump's arse at every opportunity.

I think you are busy having a mental breakdown. No US President was ever required to produce 40 years of tax returns.

Imagine the look on JFK’s face when asked for his tax returns since his sixth birthday. Or Jimmy Carter’s face when he had to present his tax return from age 13. Try Bill Clinton’s tax returns from age 7. All of that despite the fact of there not being a legal requirement to do so.

No point arguing with a Trumpanzee. The bottom line is that Trumpanzees will always support him. Why, you ask?
It is simple. The world is changing. The far-right religious is on its way out in the Western world. So the far right is pretty much toast. There is no longer a place in the world for them.
Religion is pretty much gone in Northern Europe.
In America, people under the age of 40 are less religious. (Generation X). Sure some are right-wing (like in the UK) - but most are far less religious than before... Generation Z is even less religious...
So Trump is the last throw of the dice for your ideology. It is one that the world is progressing past. So it is not just about supporting Trump. It is supporting the ideology. Trying to cling onto it as you fear it will soon be gone forever... and it will.
Obama was too modern for these people. This is how Trump got into power. If Trump loses the next religion your ideology is gone forever ... (except maybe in the third world).

Generation Z or Gen Z (sometimes called post-millennials)

Other crazies like SB deserve the prize of Supreme Idiots of the Decade,   Careful - it might even be Supreme Idiots of the Century,   If there lies are countered they turn into uncivilized and extremely poor rubbish,   Sick in the mind people they are,

The younger White make up 58% of the population and Trump had most support from them.  You must be totally devoid of any intelligence if you keep on pushing an anti-religious story - it is BS in buckets.  I even went so far as to post the reference where he could get the demographics of the 2016 election and he still spout rubbish.

Some people just do not think - it is beyond their brain capacity and the only things they follow like sheep is the junk stories in the fake media.

By the way Obama was not too modern for anything - he acted like an old-time Mafia God father leading the Democratic mob in bribery and corruption.  If you call that modern - you must also call Zuma modern.

The Trump organisation has been audited year after year always with a clean tax result. He has never been convicted of tax fraud! There is zero legal requirement for Trump to disclose his tax returns.Given the disloyal opposition who have tried to effect a coup against Trump he is absolutely right to not disclose his tax returns. Give them nothing.

By now it should be quite clear that any type of attempt at reasonable discussion with SB is basically both a waste of time and impossible.

The question one has to ask is why it appears so impossible to for them to make a case for their side?

If Trump is half, or even a quarter as bad a they "believe", then it should be easy pickings.

Unfortunately any objective adult that reads these threads quite quickly comes to the the conclusion SB and cronies actually have nothing in the cupboard. Interestingly, the skulls are similarly devoid of anything substantial.

What a shame.

Honestly, wouldn't it be great to have some knowledgeable and respectable posters on the other team?

Instead we have these meme heroes and guys that make a claim only to run, deviate or flat out misrepresent the moment going gets tough.

What's notable is that this type of behaviour seems to permeate the present lefties. Like there is some subliminal checklist of poor character traits that sucks one to the left.

Most recently Shark and Rooi have been asking people if they've drank or injected disinfectant yet.

That should tell you everything you need to know about how pointless discussion with either of them is.

Seriously, what shame. And how juvenile.

Trumps campaigns target the below-average intelligence person in America. The religious red necks. Mostly the older generation, as the younger generation is smarter. (less religious). This is a fact- the demographics of voters are widely available.
There are some smart Republicans, but these are typically the richer ones. Most of the Republicans are below average intelligence and let the Church think for them.

Trump's net picks up some of the other false Christians across the world. Trump can do no wrong in their eyes. They like his white supremacist ideology, his religious globalism discourse, conspiracies to discredit experts like scientists and xenophobic beliefs.
Try living in first world countries like Canada, Northern Europe countries, New Zealand etc - barely anyone adheres to this outdated view of the world.
However back to the point of this post- Trump is selling America out. However, the Trumpanzees are too dumb to realise that they are being played for fools. They are there to lick his arse, create lies to cover up his blunders and lies as he is their last representative.
I seriously doubt your master will win the next election. Most sensible people can see he does not belong in a senior political role.

The US is the largest Western nation. 50% are Democrats, many of whom are smart. Germany would probably have the same GDP as the US - if they were the same population size. If the EU worked, perhaps it could equal the US. The US has a few large corporate monopolies that make up a large percentage of its GDP

There are smart Republicans, but many are the below-average intelligence people of America
The red necks are just consumers to help keep the economy growing. However, once they are gone the US will be even better. They are ageing out, and politics in the US will change. Watch this space, as the younger generation takes over the US they will become even better!

I have provided the sources many times that prove that the average democrat is smarter than the average Republican. Also, the younger generation is less religious (under 40years old). If you were smart enough you would know this, or you could find this yourself.
I challenge you to provide stats from a credible source that proves otherwise. Dig up some of my past threads on this topic.
