To get his big contract Tucker signed a non compete contract. These contracts have been tested a gazillion times in the courts….and Fox, no doubt, wrote one which will stand up.
So what Tucker’s lawyer is suggesting is basically a threat, let my client out the contract or we are going to spill the beans….not Tucker himself, but his friends.
But if he is deemed to have played a roll in the issuing of these comments there may be legal consequences.
I think he is basically toast and all the noise tends to verify that.
