Not sure how accurate it is, but the source on face value seems reliable. (Other than deep state conspiracies). 

If it is accurate, the American consumers will need to be renamed to the American renewable consumers.

They're putting natural gas on the renewables side of the equation. 

Like I said, CO2 is a byproduct of burning methane.

So, what's the goal really?
