President Trump’s on-off relationship with President Putin is so volatile that he has veered from describing the Russian leader as “a nice gentleman” to saying he was “pissed off” with him.

Now there is a sign that the “bromance” is on again, as Trump hung a picture of himself and Putin in the White House.

The photograph of the two meeting at their summit in Alaska last August is above a picture of Trump and his granddaughter, Carolina Trump, at the Daytona International Speedway racetrack in Florida:

Elizabeth Landers, the White House correspondent for PBS News Hour, who shared an image of the photograph on X, said it was hung in a vestibule area connecting the West Wing to the residence.

Kirill Dmitriev, Russia’s key negotiator, welcomed the news, saying: “Good. A picture is worth a thousand words.”

Russia views the meeting between Putin and Trump in Anchorage, the first time the Russian leader had visited a western nation since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, as an important moment in their modern history.

The Kremlin announced this week that the summit would appear in an updated version of school history textbooks from the beginning of the next academic year.

According to reports, the White House has told Ukraine it must cede the Donbas, the two coal-rich eastern Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, before the US will provide security guarantees.

Kyiv had been concerned that Trump could have promised Donbas to Putin during their meeting in Anchorage, a European government adviser told The Times.

Mark Warner, a Democratic senator from Virginia and the highest-ranking Democrat on the intelligence committee, said: “Putting Putin above the American people and his own family. Almost a little too on the nose.”

Overnight, Russia attacked Ukraine with drones and a missile, killing two people in the Kyiv region. Ukraine’s air force said Russia that had launched an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 146 drones, with 103 neutralised by air defences.

Truly unbelievable. The world is pivoting away from America. It is certainly time to phase out the dollar as the world's reserve currency. It has benefited America too much. Also, they are not the same America they used to be. If countries move away from American trade too quickly, the damage to the American economy would be felt worldwide because the dollar is the reserve currency. So it's something that has to be done over time, rather than right away.

Many countries will start to dump US debt as well, because America is 40 trillion in debt and shows no signs of slowing down, regardless of who is in government. DOGE was a disaster. America spent more money than ever in 2025.

.

South Korea have just had its tariffs increased to 25% (from 15%)- because they do not want to send half a trillion in advance as some form of down payment to Trump. This is 20% of their GDP, and Trump wants an advance payment.

Of course, it is believable, it is even expected.

Trump is a liberal and as such, he hates on losers. This meeting made him a loser. He can not stand it and he does what liberals do: reframing. It is propaganda versus propaganda. Trump wants to hide his failure and not humiliation because Trump has no shame, more like mockery. So he tries to rewrite the meeting by showing he is very comfortable with it and has a picture of it on his walls. Trump picked a picture showing standing side by side with Putin as if they went through this meeting as equal. Which is incorrect. Putin took the initiative, he was the leading force and Trump trailed behind, looking for acknowledgement form Putin. Trump begged for Putin's recognition. Even the free press that is fully submitted to Trump was ill at ease by Putin acting as if he was in his own garden. It was a a massive political defeat for the US.

See how liberal propaganda works: they rewrite massively an event.

On the other hand, Russia is reported as welcoming the initiative and double down on it. They are going to indoctrinate their youth with this massive political victory, making it a cornerstone of the new world order that is being established. It is propaganda but it works differently: it is based on actual elements that are blown out of proportions. But the core of it is actual.

Liberal propaganda is empty, there is nothing behind it. It is force feeds and uses a gauge to measure submission. Russian propaganda is not empty, it has a solid basis that is magnified beyond recognition.

Russia has no better ally in the liberal world than Trump.

No. Trump puts pressure on South Korea because he wants to land grab. He wants to coerce South Korea to yield permanently land so the US are turned in a permanent actor in this key area of the world. Liberals are land grabbers at heart. Trump may even try to land grab Patagonia to control the trade route that circumvent South America. The US are losing big time the economic war they have launched against China and wants to rework the global map so they keep having military control over global trade route.

Not a peep from the Trump-puppets....it's very simple, let me help, it's either disgusting and/or it's disgusting.

They choose to cowardly shelter in silence.

Liberals are not stupid, they are liberal.

Also, they are not the same America they used to be.

Of course they are the same. Has been written many times already: the US have been running a business of farming the poor and extorting the weak since 1776.

What have changed is the rest of the world. It has grown more difficult to farm and extort certain countries.

On the other hand, the EU has revealed itself weak and on the way of impoverishment.

The US are liberal so they invert and as they are liberal, they pin the blame on victims.

The Trump administration has kept repeating it: The EU is unable to protect itself (not from Russia by the way, which makes no sense) but from the US. So the US do when they do with weak entities: they extort.

The US have also pointed out that the EU is economically shrinking in global terms, meaning they are poor and therefore eligible to be farmed by the US.

It was a stunning admission that happened lately as forces in the EU conceded they are caught in a debt trap by the US. The US are a major cause for the impoverishment of the EU. Populations in the EU are now caught in a debt trap. They are now forced to keep transferring wealth to the US with no expectation of recouping. Only negative return.
