The original idea was the war would destroy Russia and led to the collapse of the Putin Government to be replaced by people chosen by the NATO countries and spitting of Russia ino 6 or 7 countries under strict contol of NATO and especially the USA/ That was the original propaganda at the start of the War amid claims that western arms povision woud destroy the Rusian army.
The problem is that propagada does not win wars - the fact is that from the start of the full scale invasion of Ukraine = Ukraine lost control of 27% of its territory and tere is no signs that the War would lead to the collapse of the Russian Government.
Despite the need for negotiations to prevent the Russian attacks resulting for the end of the Civil War in Eastern Ukraine the US Government even on request of Putin refuse to negotiate anyhing since it would leave Putin in charge in Rusia. In an effort to negotiate a ceasefire in the War the USA instructed the Ukraine Foreign Minister to leave the meetings arranged by Turkey inm Idtabul even though a provisional agement ws ready for initialling by the Russian and Turkish Foereign Ministers = the Ukraine Foreign Minister was instructed to leave Istanbul immediately and not initial any agreement/ That was confirmed by both the Turkish Government and the Ukraine Ambassador in Turkey.
The US Government is in full control of Ukraine and fund the country's total budget and ithe Ukraine Government has zero say about the war policy and conduct of the war, As long as that situation prevails peaceful settlement of the Ukraine war is impossible and the world is veering towatds WW3.
The USA udermining two signed agreements shows that it favors a war situation in Ukraine. Hopefully the US voters wil realize that the present oligargy in US policy control will be replaced by a Government who wants world stability amd protection of Democracy world wide.
