What was the money uised for? It was not for grooming of prosecutors in doing their jobs - if there is training programs needed why use a leftist loon to do the training and not t he Justice Department? The answer is simple - Soros ran an elecion fraud program where he decided who the US State A G's and DA's should be nominated by the DP and hen fund he election expenses of he Soros picked candidates allowing Soros to prgram what sh ould eb done about crime and lawbreaking. An example is the case o he 2020 riots funded by Soros through a grant of $60 million dollars - the riots were organized by two terriorist subsidiaries of the Democrratic Party through Treasury payments already exposed used the two terrorist subsidiaries of heirs to organiize the riots in 2020 and paid for the ransport costs and hotel accommodation for riot organizers, 1 500 rioters was arrested for -
- murder of 46 people - including 13 police offices;

When he started to try and put out the fire 3 White riotes attacked him and he fled towards the Police about 300 meters away/ Somehow the on rioters threw an object to trip him ad he fell so the three atatcked him and was about to murder him with one pointing a fire arm at him - all of which were recorded on Security Cameras, The boy had a gun with him and in self-defense shot nd killed two of the attackers and wounded the one aiming a fre=aer at him wounding him in the arm.
The Justice Department set bail a $2 million and the case proceeded with the seciurity videos exposed what really happened and the DA concenred fucking up royally - the media hunt was on and the medi tried to expose the jury members in public trying to get a guilty decision - causing the media reports invovled to be abnnded from covering he remainde of the trial. It took the jury less han an hour to find the boy acted in self-end and his murder was on he cards i he did no do what he did. The disastrous LA Fires aggravated by DP maladministration came out that fire hydrants had no water to fight fires - the people of California and especially Los Angeles turned on them. However that was not the sole case o adisastrous mismanagement of Funding;

So where did the FEMA fud annual allocation go?
It now turned out that billions was used to accommodate illegal migrants staying in hotels and other facilities so NO MONEY was available to h elp US citizens in distress, FEMA transferred the money to New York - who had to pay the hotels for monthly costs of housing illegal migrants, Where other accommodation was ued the illegal migrants got a monthly allowance tc over their living expenses,
