Joe Biden in 2019 and 2020 ended up being the candidate choice of the Ultra Rich funders of the Democrats.    Most of them have ties with China as well.  The Ultra Rich will decide who would be their candidate in 2024 and it is unlikely to be Biden anyway - he is too incompetent and idiotic to serve as their agent in future and made a gross mess of his Presidency.    The media is already starting the campaign to get rid of him by 2024.
