Vladimir Putin's words at the BRICS gathering did not receive much commentary.
Yet they were unexpectedly brutal and violent.
Putin started with a few observations: the BRICS do not rival with anyone, do antagonize none (which is correct)
Which does not mean their initiative does not meet adversity from people (which also is correct)
Then came the words, as Putin pointed out people who put efforts in getting the initiative to fail, he spoke of the golden billion countries.
Which is a major breach in diplomatic rhetorics as imposed by liberals.
Back to basics, the liberal tenets state that a sovereign entity WeThePeople (voters) transfers its power to servants (politicians) to execute its will. Servants have no power by themselves.
By liberal tenets, voters are the ultimate recipients for responsibility and accountability.
A massive committment.
Quickly enough, liberal countries have rejected the consequences of their own creed and dissociated voters from their goverment, selling the idea that governments in liberal countries act irrespectively to WeThePeople.
They pressed up the point to invert the relationship in tyranny: in a tyranny, a tyrant is empowered by himself, which means he is disconnected from the people he governs.
Yet in this context, liberals as shown by the war in Iraq have held people living in a tyranny accountable for not overthrowing the tyrant, meaning civilians could be killed as a result.
That is the diplomatic lingo imposed by liberals. In a liberal country, despite being the order givers, voters can not be held accountable. Another liberal nonsense but an essential one as liberals kill to build nations. Being held accountable means being a legitimate target.
Putin broke the convention, as per liberal tenets, voters and their government are not to be dissociated, they are associated in a power relationship, voters give orders, the servants serve.
