Russians in geneal are better educated than the Englsh, USA and Canadian school pupils - the quality of eaching in their state schools are on par with state schools in KwaZulu-Natal.   However, the tape is garbage to be expected from The Guardan.

My nephew moved o England in 2000 and owned a home  and flat in Essex - to my surprise he moved back to Riversdale and his son is now in the Oakdale High School.  - one of the top 20 rugby and sport schools in SA.   Reason - the quality of education in England State schools is disastrously poor and are infiltrated by drug sellers.

In th USA State high schools the qualiy of Education is so bad - people cannot read when they come out of the schools.

By te way dimness Russian culture allows for excellent educatio hroughout the country.  I met people from Ekaterenburg who spoke English fluently,  It is not only English that counts - it is all subjects children get better education tan they do in State Schools in England, the USA and Canada.    n any event they are not living in e=an environment where Woke culture and drug addiction common in schools in the West is subjected to.  .

Ukraine really has been going ham against targets inside Russia. They hit an airbase near Murmansk which is inside the Artic Circle, that's thousands of miles from Ukraine. They have taken out a ferry that was supplying Crimea. Some Russian's claim on telegram that the ferry was the last ferry capable of transporting fuel tanks to Crimea in the black and see and if Ukrainian's are able to take out the Kerch bridge it will be a big problem for them. They have also hit an oil depot in Proletarsk that cause a fire so large the Russian's have been unable to fight it and have it let it burn for the last 5-6 days.
