Trump scrap the  DEI for a very solid reason - it caused the appointments of incompetents based on gender and race and used extensively to undermine efficiency of staff and management.     Firt of all it was unconmstitutitonal and not in line with the 1964 legislation.   Another lt of B S eminating from the corrupt Biden Regime.
