For the purpose of world rule he and the WEF  want ts to have a one state worrld  wide dictatorrship,   They want to wipe out demcoracy totally and both Schwab, Gates and Soros   wants no democracy  to suvive and prefer that the overwelmng remaiing  worldd population must be Chinese because they are used to dictatorial Governmet and would not cause problems for their dictatorship.
