Right, now let's see those tax returns, let's get the Mueller investigation back on track and let's impeach the incompetent and self-serving buffoon.

Bad news for America but not altogether unexpected. One would have thought voting for open borders was an act of insanity as well as jeopardizing the economy! Rapid marxists have been elected.

However you need two thirds of the Senate vote to get an impeachment which will not happen. Trump can get his cabinet appointments and judicial appointment through the Senate and one wonders if Sessions and Rosenstein will be fired. The declassification of the Fisa warrant documents can now be declassified and the indictments begin.

The GOP as well as gaining seats in the Senate are thus far ahead in the race for the various governorships and importantly have won Florida and Ohio.

CNN was pretty subdued saying there was no blue wave. W onder what they were expecting!

Mad Maxine will head the Finance committee! This clown is more stupid than rooitwit!!!

Oh? What was all that option A stuff you were saying on the prediction thread that you thought was so original and out-the-box?
Baboon-ou, I know you have extremely primitive cognitive abilities but isn't that the same as saying you expected the Republicans to keep the House?
Just grunt once if you don't understand the question.
Also, what exactly are "rapid marxists"? Communists who can run fast?

"However you need two thirds of the Senate vote to get an impeachment which will not happen."
I think that depends largely on the outcome of the Mueller investigation. If there was collusion then Bozo will be toast.
Note how generous I'm being by saying "if" there was collusion when everyone knows there was.

Everyone knows there was no collusion apart from the DNC and Clinton with the Russians.

Don't act dumber than you are rooitwit no need! - these rabid marxists are called socialists as a cover up by the globalist MSM but are far far left wing.

Every knows there was - yet there is Zero evidence!!! That and the fact there have been so many leaks but no leaks of any Evidence. Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha

We'll see. I'm hoping Bozo Jr gets some jail time and Bozo gets impeached.

The average Joe American has lost faith in Trump.
Even some of his party have lost faith it seems, as they think he is not representing them in the elections by focussing on the immigrant issues- rather than GDP growth.

All wrong....Trump comes out of this a big winner, with elevated status. He focused on the Senate and almost all the candidates he supported did well. His relationship will be better with the now stronger Republican Senate and many more members are beholden to him....in the House and the State Houses as well. The House results are better than O Bama and Clinton in their first mid terms....despite the incredibly poor performance and unpopularity of the Republican led house. Almost exactly what I was told by two Senators was likely, last week. Trump with full authority intact.....the market soars.

I don't know much about US politics, only what I read in the newspapers - which seem to vary themselves in their own interpretation.
It seems that the situation when power is spread out, it just creates red tape while one side battles the other. It also reduces the power of the president, who gets reduced to signing whatever is eventually agreed between both parties.
However, some media say that the house is irrelevant these days, as power has consolidated at the top in the Senate.

Only the most dull-witted of the Trumpanzees would actually swallow this laughable spin that the loss of the House of Representatives by the Republicans was actually some kind of "win".
That's pretty dumb even by Trumpanzee standards.
Just look at how quickly Bozo has moved to fire Sessions and replace him with a patsy in an attempt to derail or at least further delay the Mueller probe. I think Bozo knows exactly what this loss means but he's spinning all this "win" nonsense and some of the Trumpanzees are seriously stupid enough to buy it.

The anger in the press corps ( pronounced 'core'not 'corpse' as your man Obama did) tells the whole story. Trump in great spirits, fake media apoplectic....guess who the winner was!

It is not so easy to interpret the election outcomes.   Fact is the Republic Party increases their majority in the Senate - while the DP won control of the House.

There are serious question marks as to the actual situation of the DP,  In some suburban and rural areas they had candidates who cannot be  trusted to vote with the DP when it comes to votes in the House,   The DP is actually not a unified party,

I  will give you an example,   Senator Tester won in Montana with 16 000 votes.   How loyal is he to the DP when his selection pamphlets indicate he works with Trump in getting legislation through the Senate.   There are other right wing DP members in both the Senate and the  House - where some of the winners are more interested in re-election in 2020  than their loyalty to the DP is,

Another example was the Senate election in Texas.   The candidate of the DP was even more in favour of the Trump wall along the border than any other DP candidate was,   Fact is that he gave Cruz a fright - but still did not win.

Nancy Pelosi is the top candidate for the Speaker position - but is disliked by 70% of the DP caucus because of her extreme  leftist views,    The first problem is getting her to be elected as Speaker?  That would be difficult enough for the DP,    Anybody can suggest a different DP member to be Speaker and Pelosi will be toast.

My personal view is that the DP from a political perspective will make as much noise as possible - but will do extremely little of substance.   Their problem is anything drastic will be out - the majority of new members selected won by very small majorities and could easily be voted out in 2020.

In essence the DP is not a united party at all - and some of its representatives in the Senate and House  is more right-wing than their Republican opponents would have been,   Trump faced the same problem before the selection from some members of his own party and he did not support their election campaigns and they all lost their seats in the House.

So what is in fact going on?   Did the DP gain anything really when -

*   they lost four Senate seats; and

*   help Trump to get rid of some RP members he regarded as not supportive of his programs and now find themselves jobless.

Be it as it may - the USA politics is a situation where outsiders cannot make out what really is going on within the two main political parties.   The RP has also got diverse members with more leftwing views than some of the DP members.  I get baffled when I read what is published in the media and in their own candidates election pamphlets.

It is clear from this thread that Beeno was still around after the mid term results were known.

What's clear on this thread, Trekker, is that Trumpanzees like yourself are common enough, tacky enough and unworldly enough to still support this dangerous and unhinged buffoon.
Baboon-ou is a beaten man. His beliefs, convictions and his very faith have been shaken by this loss.
I don't think you guys know Baboon-ou as well as I do. Any of you.
