What a farce - the Hur report on Biden having classified documents lying in Boxes all over the show

The dumb idiots on this site attacks Trump all the time but St Obama and St Biden is not to be attacked for doing  things worse than Trump ever did - but there are some serious question marks about the report:-

 Since Biden is an "elderly man with a poor memory" how the hell can he serve as President of the USA? Another question - it seems there are two different sets of judicial applications applicable in the USA - one applicable to the Democrats and another applicable to the any opposition to the Democratic Party? Is Biden is a kindly well-meaning man when he calls all opponents to his regime "white domestic terrorists"? My impression is this is judicial hogwash of the worst kind anyway. Either Biden committed a crime or he did not and it is clear this report is total whitewashing - while Trump is attacked by Garland for something very similar - with Trump as president having the right to "declassify" documentation - which right Biden as VP did not have. Trump is an "elderly man" regarded by the Democrats as not kind and well-meaning because he dared to oppose them so he must be persecuted to the maximum by a dictatorial type of judicial regime - what a farce.

Hur is going to have to explain his report in a House Hearing and it is going  to be ugly.   

In a perfect world the pair would get the heave-ho .

The clowns cant quite grasp that Trump is covered by the presidential records act whereby the President has the power to declassify any documents . Because of this ACT no US president has ever been prosecuted re classified documents.

Further The Presidential records ACT has NO felony provision!

Biden however had prosecuted documents from his time as a Senator and VP. There is ZERO justification for him having them.

This case like the other will fail even if only on appeal. Expect yet further bumps in the polls for trump as case after case fails.

pecial Counsel Robert Hur on Thursday released a 345-page report on Biden’s stolen classified documents investigation.

Joe Biden STOLE SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center, his Delaware garage, his Virginia home, and his lawyer’s Boston office.

Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”

Biden wasn’t charged.

According to Robert Hur, In 2017, Joe Biden read aloud classified passages about meetings in the Situation Room to his ghostwriter “verbatim on at least three occasions” – and Biden still wasn’t charged.

And still no charges.

Here is glaring example of the two-tiered justice system in America (per Julie Kelly):

• Trump charged with willfully retaining 21 documents with “TOP SECRET” markings.
• Biden, according to a chart at the end of Hur’s report, retained 18 files with “TOP SECRET” markings.
• Trump charged with willfully retaining 9 files with “SECRET” markings.
• Biden had 36 papers with “SECRET” markings.

ONLY TRUMP WAS CHARGED!

Classified documents were improperly stored at Penn Biden Center, Biden’s Delaware garage and at his Virginia home.

It is clear now why Biden is not be charged - no jury would convict him because he cannot be charged because he cannot remember anything and he will be  incoherent when questioned.   The man is a total mental wreck and no jury would find him guilty because he does not know what he did and why.    The guy belongs in an asylum for treatment of mental problems associated with aging.   he does not belong anywhere near the WH     So who actually are in charge in the WH - definitely not Biden.
