As I stated on another thread, the enormity of space makes it highly unlikely that we'll ever meet up with other life forms but if we did, I'm guessing that bible-bashing zealots like Baboon-ou and his type will be frantically editing the bible to include a new gospel where Jesus flies off in a spaceship . . . while they grope and molest the young alien children.

Why should aliens be problematic for religion?
If they do come and they are clutching the bible it would ask 2 questions up front
1) there may be a christian god or
2) they have been here before
The follow on from that is if they had been here before and taken up the bible as true then they are fakes as no species intelligent enough for space travel would swallow that load of tripe.
And if they turned up and were Krishnas or followers of thor what would you christians have to take from that, a rapid conversion?
