Yes indeed that was a blunder of blunders...but virtually everybody has made them here.
It's good to be able to laugh at yourself...some here cannot and that's sad.
Interesting people are inclined to be vulnerable, adventurous ,different and are not afraid of risks.
They get far more out of life.
They find the status quo, lifeless.mundane, repetitive and dull.
I thought your blunder about DA was rather endearing on the otherhand...there was even an eulogy by Rooinek, unbeknown to DA .
To this day DA probably never knew he was missed by Redneck with tears in his eyes...that's where I saw the humour. The spats later continued as if nothing had happened....LOL
Maybe my sense of humour (or sense of the ridiculous) is different to the status quo here.
Another was "So long Voldemort" whoever that strange and phantom poster was , bothered you for sometime and the SS paranoia went on and on. Poor old Hawkeye was misindentified as was most of the mysterious motley crew of the SS Forum.
I was never involved thank goodness but it was rather amusing...all the accusations and bannings...LOL.
The funniest blunder by far were Redrooi's posts about Trump, and his election chances. DA did a superb post pulling them together. I still laugh when it comes mind.
Redrooi earns second spot as well for his reaction on discovery that Dr Moz was a very successful business man.
Actually you could make these two incident joint top blunders.

Looks like forums are breeding grounds for moles.
Alucard,Gonzo, Dim Sun, Desert Fox, Lurker and now Augenoffner (and I'm sure I solved the riddle of Voldemort). Voldemort is a clandestine horror character, like Dracula (Alucard backwards). AO is/was Voldemort.
Jalapeno, Lord Kitchener, Rooinek and Koos Kombuis (all the same okies) so don't criticise others for name changes.
Storming Ed was Beeno.
DA has always been DA, Mozart too, Clevermike as well, Saffex, Ceradyne as far as I know have always kept their names.

Going back a bit, I see a little picture of the amusing history of DA, accused of being a Mole on SS by Beeno and Draad with Rooinek adding a bit of spicy comments.
Most of all these imaginary moles were non-existant...DA being Stu and Hawkeye Voldemort etc, etc. There were so many faux pas and blunders in those days, it's impossible to record them.
One blunder after another.
Things have calmed down since then.
But a trip down memory lane will bring a few tears to those involved in these spats...you guys really enjoyed them and they are funny in a certain way.
Supersport Draad, never been on Supersupporter. Always had just this one nick.

Supersport site...man, I started posting there in 2008 or 2009...and Moz and Rooi were fighting back the already...lots of people found a home at Supersupporter after it closed down, but many more were never seen again.
Most of us been arguing for over a decade! May it last forever!
There were quite a few characters on those forums. One of them was a well known ex WP prop. Nickname was Galjoen. Scruffy bugger.
What I remember well was a young lady who called herself Boudicca. She used to be on the motorsport board. She really knew her shit when it came to the technicalities around Formula 1. Anything from aerodynamics to drag to tyres to torque v engine power to fuel types. You name it, she could talk with authority.
Another one, who we still have contact with was involved with teams in the British Touring Car Championship system. He was involved with design and building race cars. Nowadays his involved in building stuff for movies. They built some of the cars for one of the Mad Max movies IIRC. Also some weird stuff for TV ads. Not sure if I have everything spot on. Draad may help me it or correct where I’m talking crap.
