Debate on this issue is not necessary.   One has to lo look at Biden's election and the fact that he spends no more than 4 days a week  in the WH - the other thee days he spends at his two luxury hoimes in Delaware.   

Biden's Appointment as Presidential Candidate of he Democrats  

Biden is a rather unique case i9nasmuch as it cam t election as President.     The Ultra-Rich funds the Democrats and they were caught off guard in the 2016,    As main funders of the Democrats they always more or less control what the Democrats would do as President.    They normally choose their candidate carefully with the emphasis on the following:-

They want management of the Presidency as essetial and the following  must always be a requirement:-

*    The Presidential candidate must appear to be a moderate centrist - but with a reccrd of being seen as such,   He started off his Senate career as an avid supporter of Senatir Byrde - aq previous Grand Master of he KKK.    As such he would frame his speeches as a KKK operative, but his voting record in the Senate was different - he voted for what he was told or paid to vote for.  In other words Joe Biden had zero principles  what he was told or paid to vote for - in other words  "the paid for requirnent' was absolute 

*     The fact is that Joe Biden was and is the most corrupt President in the history of the US A and the DP funders has prove of his involvement in bribery and corruption and it is their main control ace - control over him is absolutely,   If h disobeys he would be out o the WH  they could exporse  him 100% an he  would be out of the Presidency within a week.  Senator Menendez shows what will happen to Biden in such a case.

*    .He must be politically a weakling on both national and international level.

In both the 2016 and 2020 election the initial candidate of the Ultra-rich candidate faced a potential loss in the Democratic Party primnary elections.  The Chairperson of the DNC  described how the DNC manipluated the result to ensure that Clinton became the DP candidate,   The FIX started and Bernie Sanders had no chance  against either Clinton or Biden.

The primary election candidate of the DP identified so it was decided on what should happen in 2016 even before the actual election took place,     What ws clear in bth cases that Trump wa the number 1 hate of the Ultra-Rich.   They used their media arm to spread endless lies about Trump-Putin collusion in the 2016 lection.    They blamed Trump for the pandemic spread to the USA     The started to play the hate racist campaign in the New York Times in  January 2020,     Aside from  that Trump would not implement one of their most ambitious projects they could use to get ultimate control over the lives of people - the Global warming religion.

So who run the USA Government .

The racial hatred issue is entirely based on keeping the Black and Hispanic voters  support of the Democratic Party intact.   By the end of 2019 opinion polls indicated a drop in support of the D emcorats by especially the Hispanic Communities and the Blacks so the Race Hatred issue started of as an election campaign issue,

Although the campaign was not going wekll initially the Floyd incident.   The media stated off by indicating there were thousands of such cases where the Police murdered Blacks,   In the end atr least the majority of DP supporters beleieve there were me than a thousands of such cases every year.   The actual number of cases was in fact less than 20 a year and most of the 20 cases were in fact police officers acting in self-defense,   

As if that was not enough - the next pahse of the program kicked inb by July 2020,    Soros donated $60 million dollars to the DNC and they got a further $60 million  from other funders.   The Black Lives  Matter subsidiary of the Democratic Party - for years from the Obama time as President closely aligned to the  D P.- and Antifa  a body nurtured  by O>bama.  

In July 2020  the next phase of  the program entails mass peaceful protests against racism.    There was a second more vicious program and that was the  usage of BLM and Antifa.   The object weas to show h atred of the communities of Trump and the Republicans.   Neither the BLM and Antifa had mass support in the USA so they went on a recruitment drive using criminals for riots unusual in US cities/     They could be moved from city to city at the cost ofo the DNC and their accommodation was paid  for by the DNC.   The rioters could keep the loot gained from the riots as part of thei benefits, 

In the riots that they blame Trump for the riots and in the process - 

*     at least 46 people were murdered by the rioters,

*     1200 police officers were seriously injured by gunshots and Molotov cocktails provided on an organized basis; and 

*      Billions of dollars causzed through looting and arson

In Democratically controlled cities the Police activities against rioters were restricted.   In the media the "protests" were geeraally described as peaceful, but their was enough glimpses of he violence to remind voters that there were real racism issues Trump was blamed for.

Dspite restrictions as mentioned the Police arrested aroun d 1500 rioters.   Before these rioters were arrested and awaiting charges.   When Biden took over as President all the rioters were released without charges - inclusive of the murderers.   The Democratically controlled House and Senate refused to launch investigations on the riots and only people defending their lives and property against he rioters were charged by the Garland Justice Department.

Unlike other Presidents Obama bought himself a luxury h ome in Washington D C and that is where D P Senators and House members go to get their instructions on all issues from Obama personally,     He also bought three other luxury homes in H awai, California and Martha's Vinyard

The latter is important,   It determines categories of charges of what crimes is to be charged and what not.   For instance break-ins into homes and shops leading to theft of less than $1 000 is not to be charged and the determination of what constitute crimes that could be charged with criminal offences and what is not charged.  The organized attacks on shopping mauls in the USA by organized gangs - especially in states like California, Illinois and New York are not considered as crimes and has become rampant.    Many shopping owners have closed their shops after looting since the insurance costs against such attacks are very high and destroy viability of shops.

The other issue is the release without bail by criminals makes policing a total disaster.    Police arresting of criminals are not kept in jail to await charges are freed within 24 hours and back on ths streets the next day are actual problems that led to Police not responding to crime problems.    Cash bail by even murderers are not regarded as acceptable,    People who defend themselves or protect people from being attacked and if he attackers died the defenders are charged with murder, while attempted murder charges are nevcer going to court.

Both the DA's who laid charges against Trump (ie the one in New York and the other in Georgia was funded by Soros and the charges have been co-ordinated by Soros and the WH.   They organized the Grand Juries by selecting Washington and New York people known to be reliable supporters of the DP and flew to esnure the that charges go to trial.

The USA is in the grip of a crime waves that hit especially cities the Democrats control are out of control  and from a criminal perspective it is a free from all.    Millions of people in such cities  flee to safer states not controlled by the DP and even relocate to Mexico cities like Acapulco they regarded as sacfewr than citiesw in the USA despite the Mexican cartels,

The effect of crime is never reported in the main street media since it would highlight the level of criminality in the USA.   F act is the murder capitals in the whole of the North and South American continents that used to be in Central and South America are now Chicago and New Orleans.   Despite that the Illinois State legislature passed a State Law was passed the apst week banning payment of bail by arrested criminals bragging in the debate that in the week before the law was debated there were no murders in Chicago and only 25 people were shot and did not die.   ,    

The open border policies of the Biden Administration alsoc ame directly from Soros and the WEF -mof which he is a leading member.   Since Biden became President an estimated 7 million people entered the USA illegally and the flow of drugs into the USA became endemic.   The Mexican border flow of illegal  migrants are under the control of  the Mexican cartels.     In the anew York Times articles appear that most of he 250  000  unaccompanied children smuggled into the USA are working as virtual slaves in the USA  as slaves in  factories and in brothels.  No Government Departments are responsible to look after the interests of those children.

Amongst the influx of people are criminals and terrorists and once inside the USA they vanished from site,    An estimated 100 000 Chinese were amongst the illegal migrants.   All i9n all  it poses a serious domestic threat to the American people and the ountry itself.
