I thought it was President Ramaphosa.   A week ago he announced that insofar as the coronavirus lock down is concerned, that the situation will go from Phase 5 to Phase 4 so as to give scope for commerce and industry functioning,  Amongst others a relaxation on sale of cigarettes was included because of the impact it would have on the 150 000 worker involved and  the Government is losing R1 billion a month in revenue.

On Wednesday - Dr Zuma, President Zuma's ex-wife came up with other ideas.   She banned the sale of cigarettes and included a new ban on the sale of Lotto tickets at shops as well.  Another blunder I believe.   One of Zuma's sons was up to his neck involved in the illegal cigarette trade flourishing under President Zuma - and the one pertinent question is - how will the Zuma family benefit from the ban?  Another hoax by the Zuma's to help themselves to extra money looks likely,   The fraudsters and black market operators are thriving,

Now to the Lotto farce,   Lotto are basically funding provisioning of facilities in area where the poor lives.  Obviously Dr Zuma does not want hose facilities at all.   Crazy - but true. Fact is - the new instructions banned travel after 10 at night.  A farce - what if a shift worker have to travel for the shift starting at midnight?

This is what one can call supreme idiocy,   Are we all to be the sheep  in a new dictatorship led by Dr Zuma?

Silly Cyril doesn't have the stones to stand his ground.

Totally spineless.

Talk about being embarrassed on the international stage.

He slunk off like a scolded dog.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahaaa!! What a wimp.
