The NATO armies are all extremely weak - from a fighting perspective the strongest fighting army in NATO is Turkey - for the rest their armies are all junk - and that included the USA Army. as well. The NATO allies regard the US Army command as high level BS. If China decides to occupy Taiwan there is zero other than nuclear option open to the weak US Government.\
