What Iook at is the opinion polls and especially polls in battleground states that will dcide the outcome of the election - that is the states Biden won in 2020.: Not all the States he won were  ncessarily were  battleground states - but the following are now battlegroud states where the elad is elss than 5% on either side:-

Democratic States

 Georgia

Pennsylania

Michigan

Wisconsin

Nevada

Arizona

New Hamshire

The above States will deemine who will be President in 2025 to 2029.

One also have to be very careful what olls are beleivable and what not.   Polls also use a system that is not generic and depends on  National registered Partymembership - and not generic systems.   There re various polls funed by the DP or supporters and supportiv of the DP that use he following system to determine ucome of polls out o a 1000  voters polled:-
