So what is likely to happen is that about 30 of the DP members will not vote for Impeachment to continue - but what will the RP House members do? They may neutralize the negative vote for impeachment by the Democrats - either by voting against it or abstaining from voting - thus preventing the House impeachment from proceeding - by paying back the DP for what they regard as an election stunt for the upcoming presidential election.
