According to polls, the Republican frontrunner and New York businessman leads his closest rival by 29 percentage points for next week's Republican primary.

Ohio governor John Kasich is predicted to take 25 per cent of the vote while Mr Trump is set to get 54 per cent, according to the survey carried out by the Wall Street Journal, NBC New York and research group Marist.

Ted Cruz looks likely to come in a distant third with just 16 per cent of the vote

According to polls, the Republican frontrunner and New York businessman leads his closest rival by 29 percentage points for next week's Republican primary.

Christopher Love, a union member who has lived in the area 42 years and works in construction, is also supporting Mr Trump.

He said: "We've got to do something different. What we've been doing the last 30 years isn't working."

Go TRU *M*P!!!!!!!!!!!

Your headline shows ignorance again.  New York is not a winner take all delegates.   Tr umpet will be extremely lucky to get the 75 delegates I said he might get - namely 75.  Anything less was a disaster..
However, in not one of the primaries did the empty Tr umpet get the percentage of the vote predicted after the opinion polls have been reviewed.  It was normally about 5 to 10% lower - so he will be lucky to get 45% of the vote.

 Two points ou maaaaike. M
Firstly Mozart didnt post the above!!! Your obssession with Dr Moz is unhinging you.Secondly is Trump gets over 50 in each district he sweeps all the votes.
This may help you:

Trump will need to top 50% statewide in order to claim all 14 available at-large delegates; otherwise, Cruz and Kasich will get a share if they top 20%.

New York's 27 congressional districts offer three delegates each. Trump must win more than 50% of the vote in each district to claim all of those delegates. If he gets less than half in any particular district, the second place finisher in that district picks up a delegate.

"The real issue is whether he gets over the 50% mark in every congressional district," said Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Poll, which gives Trump a big edge in the popular vote.

Beeno assisting ou maaaikie to get up to "speed"

There are 10 congressional districts where the RP has no idea how the vote will go - since they never put up candidates to oppose the DP in those districts.  The numbers are insignificant and those districts are in areas where their would be no basis for opinion poles to play a role in candidate determination - the RP membership is too small to count on a statewide basis.  In some of those the Latino vote is significant and Trump will never get those votes.
