The Justice Department will have to prove the indictment is correct - but whether there is proof then they could find it very difficult in courts, There is one other problem Trump was not informed of the FBI raid on his House and the items they took away was not listed. Since the FB would not allow the Trump lawyer or anybody else to monitor their work in the House - the FBI could plant some documents in and then claim those were not unclassified.
There was a list of documents what were in each box. The first thing his lawyers will demand the lists from the FBI and if they do not provide the original lists there will be hell to play. Nobody knows what was in the documents took with him, but it is suspected that there were documents proving corruption by politicians - which he wanted to protect from being destroyed. If that be the case the court will find it difficult to rule on. The only way out for Biden would be to pack the Supreme Court to get Trump found guilty.

The fact is that Barr was involved in the report on Biden Corruption by a whistleblower. he said in a video interview that he instructed the FBI to further investigate some aspects where proof was needed and he was shocked that three years after his departure from office the FBI did nothing about investigation of the issues he marked down for the FBI.
