15, 2018, 09:40 Ugly Read to score a brace. All Blacks by 35. ...... Sep 15, 2018, 09:46 Defense? We have a defense?? ........... Sep 15, 2018, 09:48 Why bother with the breakdown? We don't have anyone to contest it anyway! ........... Sep 15, 2018, 10:51 Went out to cut the lawn ... I come back and find the Quota Boks beating the All Blacks. I wonder if money's changed hands ... ?? Something is just not right here ... !!! ............ Congrats to the Goats. It must be a little embarrassing for the Kiwis to lose to a team filled with so many losers. What happened? On home soil as well!!! Imagine what could have been had we chosen our best players. Is this the end of the All Blacks reign? It seems Rassie will stay a little longer as Bpk coach. I still can't believe what I just witnessed.

That my friends is how you make a total fool of yourself and do face plant in a mountain of egg. It's not just the comments it's the schadenfreude joy as bad things happen to the Boks. Couldn't happen to a lousier guy.

We all complain about quotas.

People have different ways of dealing with things.

Can't say that I blame CC for salting the Boks but at r he same time I still support them and I don't think there's much wrong with that either.

Political BS comes and goes. Sport prevails.

I'm more concerned with how the game is being taken to the cleaners by all the cheating that's happening in the SH.

Watched a French game on the weekend. Every time I see a European game I'm always struck by how clean the play is. Nothing like the dirty play and poor sportsmanship that has become commonplace in SR and RC.

I really hope we pack our bags and head north. While we still have some integrity.

The biggest quotas are not white. Look back over the past ten years. How many non-white players have been at the centre of our defeats? Not many. Kolisi is improving the past couple of tests. Bingi is a good lock. Am, upon review, was solid against New Zealand. Dyantyi and Mapimpi are also solid. Jantjies isn't talentless, just the present day Pretorius.

I agree Habana, the Beast, JP.....among our very best. Bongi has been a good contributor.....Am was solid against the ABs and looks the part. But the very fact that quotas exist tarnishes Selection....gives us an excuse which is always a bad thing.....discourages players before they can even compete, what young white chap is going to play wing? Is it really needed anymore. Who would not have been chosen on Saturday? Perhaps Akker in place of Bongi. But the notion that we have lost a lot of tests because of specific black selections doesn't fly.

You're right, it's utterly ignorant. One wonders how those touchy neo-liberal black Americans would feel if they were told over 80% of sports teams must be white, so that its representative of the overall demographic. How can a 14% minority achieve such representation without discrimination? Are there not equally or better talented white people? It's funny when you turn their argument on them. Pop goes the weasel.

If one creates avenues for participation, a natural order will occure. In a country as diverse as SA, numbers of ethnic representation will fluctuate. That natural order is the only just one. Everything else is a farce.

What the hell has this thread anything to do with rugby?  Iy only embraces a personal attack on a member who differs from the BS spouted by members he is critical of.

Are you bored to come up with such BS?

I agree, for the most part, quotas are not to blame for the Bok woes.

Though, if i ahd to play devil's advocate...

One has to wonder how many weaker players a team can have in it before it severely affects said team's ability to perform at the highest level.

According to what Aug and many others here have stated before about how extremely tight margins are at test level...one could be excused for thinking that just one weak link in the chain would suffice.

If that weak link was tighthead, flyhalf, scrumhalf.....it puts the team at great risk.
