Ek

Please help - I must have missed something.   I thought that FAF was going to captain this side - but he is apparently not even in the squad.   What is the situation?

Faf is in the squad for the Tri series in Zim. He will also captain the A-side after this.

This is the T20 side minus the big guns, faf is just not playing. Botha was going to be captain, but he withdrew due to iunjury, now Hashim is captaining.

i would have liked to see Faf open with Levi and Amla at 3. but seems they want to have a look at some other things. first.

BTW, current score:

Banladesh are 110/4 after 15 overs. Don't see much hope for them.

Bangladesh end on 170/8 . SA ended very badly. but a win is a win no matter from where. Amla did well with the bat. And JP Dumniy had only 7 balls for his runs, did very well in the end there.
