Rublev won the final in 2 sets. Maybe this year he will perform better than in 2021 if he can get over his psychological problem - he has the talent and ability - but often self-destruct under pressure. He won this match and could start getting him thinking constructively during games. Congratulation anyway. His next challenge is in Dubai starting tomorrow- and Auger-Aliassime is also off to Dubai. Howe ver, the latter is in the top half of he draw and Rublev is in the bottom half - so it is impossible for them to play each other again - unless they meet in the final. It is unlikely that both will play before Tuesday anyway.
