...whaddaya want to know mate...don't follow it but sports in general although i have been hearing NZ cricket is being reported as a soap opera as of late ....the americans brought softball to new zealand during the war i think so thats why we don't play alot of cricket but are often world champions at softball ...also more recently in the summer it's touch football and sevens that are more dominant (which is why we're world champions at sevens )  than cricket although the islanders play kirikiti which is alot like cricket...no ones expecting much from our current touring cricket side in SA with the likes of vettori ,taylor , ryder etc missing from the squad so the pressure is all on SA as world champions playing at home there can really be no excuses for any losses can there?...

Thanx, what I thought basically. Funny that the islanders don't like cricket if they play kirikiti. One would have thought that they would be better represented in the national side if they did? From where I stand it looks like there is not that much interest from them regarding cricket. Same with our locals. Like their soccer/football and not much else.
