Congratulations Leicester City . . .

Probably the most incredible and unexpected League result I've ever seen in any sport. 
You can understand an underdog like Wimbleon or Coventry lifting the FA Cup in a knockout competition but for a a 5000-1 shot to win the Premiership over 38 gruelling games is pretty amazing. Just sorry it came in the one year that Tottenham challenged for the title.
Congrats Leicester. Well deserved.

 

They've done it! Sport's greatest fairytale is complete as Leicester City overcome 5000/1 odds to be crowned Premier League champions after Spurs fail to beat Chelsea

 An amazing accomplishment. How ironical that maligned Hazard put them through. He lifted Chelsea measurably after he came on. Sadly Tottenham were not good losers. Chelsea were no angels, but some of the Tottenham challenges in the last 10 minutes were vindictive. 

Yeah this is a great story! I wonder if there was even one person somewhere in the world that took a bet at those 5000 to 1 odds?   

Fabulous story ......... great news for all sport fans . Yes blue, there were people rejoicing down at the bookies . One fella I read of accepted a lesser offer of 50000 pd. from his bookmaker with seven games to go . Another of a win from a $2 punt . Hell at 5000 - 1 you enter the realm of whether Elvis lives or not .

 Really well deserved by Leicester, a victory for hard work and determination. Spurs ran them close all season and played some lovely football, i think they let themselves down in those last 10 minutes but they're young and their heads went.
