Funny - very good in a period we are all in poor spirits.   Frans Malherbe's uncle Du Toit Malherbe - another great friend of mine - was in poor health for a while now and under intense medicine  treatment - but had not been vaccinated and is in intensive care with Covid infection.    Another great friend of mine - Johnny Rey - Pennie Coelen Rey's brother-in-law  - is in an  extremely serious condition having pancreatic cancer and developed in the last month Alzheimers as well.   It is just a question of time with him.

2021 was a rotten year - seems like 2022 will even be worse.

Ja Mike, some ultra fearful and paranoia personalities would say it's callous and insensitive but humour is based on the over reaction of in societies today that have lost backbone and succcumb to every manipulation a fastly degeneration of standards today. Moz mentioned the Woke culture, now reigning as a bigger epidemic, nay pan demic worldwide. It started from neoliberalism which most don't understand or are confused...

Shark would have backed "Omnicron Lad", Beeno... "It's Only A Cold". We must learn to laugh at life and not let ultra sensitivity overtake us.

Having said this I am indeed aware of those who genuinely lost someone dear to them and  the pain. But humour is the best way, so I personally believe, to deal with psychological heaviness of life
