* The biggest move thus has been Carlos Alcaraz - at the start if the year he was ranked as no 29 in the world - already he has moved up from 29 to number 20 in the world - a never before level attained by an 18 year old. In the race to Torino he is now number 10 - an even more remarkable achievement. My forecast is that by the end of 2022 this youngster will be in the top 10 in the world.
* Players like Thiem - who used to be the number 3 player in the world - has not played any tennis for near to a year now and is now ranked at 52. Goffin - who used to be in the top ten is now at 46.
