Rotterdam is the difficult series - with the tournament having no Round 1 bye's and 5 of the top 10 ranked players playing in that series.    Alexander Zverev - seeded as the number 8 player - is on the come-back trail after being out of tennis since the French Open in 2022 due to a serious injury.   He was not up to standard in the Aussie Open and could be a surprise winner in this case.   

2 top ten ranked players are playing in the other 2 tournaments -  Carlos Alcaraz in Argentina and Taylor Fritz in the Delray Open.    Alcaraz d id not play in any tournament since October 2022 due to injury - this is apparently a series he should win if he is to be competitive in the Rio series next week.

The Rotterdam Open is a ATP 500 tournament - compared to the other 2 being APT 250 tournaments.   5 of the top 10 ranked players played in the series and of those none made it to the semi-finals.   Fact is the only seeded player remaining in that series is Medvedev - in other words he is at present the number 12 ranked player in the world.

As to the other seeded players Alcaraz is playing in Argentina.  He did not play in that series last year and it obviously is a preparation for the APT 500 Rio tournament.  He may just win the tournament - which will add 250 points to his total leaving him only 90 points below the ranking of Djokovic.   Next week will be a problem for Alcaraz though - he won the Rio  tournament in 2022 and failure to do the same would mean him losing ranking points in the series.

The other top 10 player still playing in Delray Beach is Taylor Fritz - but winning would not affect his ranking position at all.   

By the way I think the winner of the Rotterdam tournament will be Sinner.
