Actually the rich don't get tax cuts.....the 50% of the population that pay no tax do. And on top of that the rich provide almost all the charitable money as well.

"I was the first & only potential GOP candidate to state there will be no cuts to Social Security, Medicare & Medicaid."
Trump's proposed budget:
-Cuts Social Security by $25 billion
-Cuts Medicare by $845 billion
-Cuts Medicaid by nearly $1.5 trillion
