or should I say Rooties golden rule...yep that sounds better... went out the window....once again. This nogal in the T20 last night as the Windies captain after winning the toss decided to have a bowl. His decision was vindicated by a resounding victory. I'm forced to ask...where de bleddy hell did ou Rooi Rooi get onto the "Golden Rule"? "Win the toss, bat first" is the dumbest and most ignorant call I've ever heard when clearly the state of the pitch is the decider as proven last night with the Captain noting that it had a green top hence his decision to have a bowl. When asked what he would have done, the English captain said, had he won the toss he too would have had a bowl.
