Bozo is being asked about his least favourite subject (why do so few Americans have access to Covid-19 testing after Bozo bragged about how quickly he reacted when in fact he was asleep on the job) by his least favourite reporter (Yamiche Alcindor) and his sputtering, ignorant, boastful, evasive and childish response is a classic.
So when asked why per capita testing in a country like South Korea is so much higher than the USA (a perfectly valid question that the stupid clown never answers), Bozo says:
"I know South Korea better than anyone . . . it's a very tight . . . you know how many people are in Seoul, do you know how big the city of Seoul is? 38 million people. That's bigger than anything we have . . . "
. . . before droning on an on about population density. But he's just plain wrong. Seoul's population is just under 10 million and in fact the entire population of South Korea is 51 milllion so where does this moron get the number of 38 million, because it's quite a specific number? Well, just do a Google search or type Seoul into Wikipedia. In both cases you'll get the actual population (9.7 million) and close to it, the citiy's elevation which happens to be 38m above sea level.
As we all know, Bozo is an illiterate dolt and he saw the word population and because he can't read, he saw the number 38m and assumed the "m" was millions rather than metres . . . so the pathetically stupid moron blurts out this completely incorrect number, all the time thinking he's an expert on Seoul.

Saying that the population of Seoul is 38 million is pretty ignorant, but saying it right after you've just boasted that you know South Korea better than anyone . . . well, that's plain stupid.
Surely the most stupid, self-aggrandizing fool on the planet . . . along with his adoring Trumpanzees . . . who will surely spin this latest humiliation in some way to make out that the rest of us are the stupid, ignorant and boastful ones.
