The one thing that can be said about Super Rugby this year, is that there are no easy games. No more gimme's! The NZ teams are dominant as far as outright wins, but the reality is that many of their wins were by very small margins. One knock on, one missed tackle, one ref call and those results could.should have gone the other way,. Had that been the case the whole feel of the competition would be different. Also, there is no one team that is totally dominant, as has been the case in years gone by. It really is true that any team can beat any other team. Jaguars vs Chiefs for example.
When viewing the overall results, one may not think so, but there is really not that much between the teams. In other words, it is closer than it appears, and I think that is good for rugby.
