A total cock up on the part of WR to end up with this farce vs the quality of the Ireland/France quarters.

If only there were another 3 or 4 good tier 1 sides. If only OZ and Wales were better too.

Mozart

I thought you may enlighten us on the so-called point differences.   Dure there was a problem in the latest  WC series.   In the ast the four top ranked teams head the 4 pools,   The =re were daws held to dtermine the pool allocations.

At th im the draws were cone the to4 countries were Ieland France SA and NZ.   How France and NZ and SA and Ireland ended up in the same pools makes life very difficult for the fou teams.   and could result that they went out of the WC in the quarters like happened this year.

Is that what you were driving at?             .

Hopefully this will put paid to this nonsense of doing the pools 3 years before the tournament.

It was awful playing Scotland, Ireland, France, and New Zealand on that side of the draw.

I see Bill Beaumont has said that for 2027 the draw will be held as late as possible.
