Sunday and Monday - "Get rid of Morne!!!. He fucked up the scrums! He pushed Beast into the line of the Aus runner to cause the yellow card. He made Mvovu chicken out on that kick-off. He runs to all the ruck/mauls and forces the scrumhalf to pass to a forward. He forces the scrumhalf to make all those box-kicks! Get rid of him NOW! Goosen must start NOW!"

Tuesday - (As reality settles in)... "Maybe other players contributed to the loss, but we can't be sure... Morne is a Bull, so he must be the doos that causes everything...Meyer was a Bull too, so he picked him, it must be them?!?!?"

Wednesday - The realisation that other players form part of the team settles in... "I heard Goosen's shoulder is still not 100%." "Maybe it is not such a good idea that he starts now." "You know the Australians and the All Blacks are tough teams."

Thursday - As the next match get close - "You know, maybe Goosen is not 100% recovered yet." "We shouldn't feed him to the Lions." "Maybe we should play Morne, so that we have someone to moan about when the props fail to do their work." "At least we can blame Morne for kicking EVERYTHING AWAY, when Pienaar executes the box kick too long, or if Hougaard's kicks get charged down." " The poor little Goosen, will his shoulder last?"

Friday - "We are so glad they selected Morne, because we need to protect our future superhero." "We think he is too inexperienced to get thrown in against Aus/NZ". And we still aren't too sure about his shoulder..."

Saturday - "Fuck, I wish the Boks would lose so that we can blame Morne..." "Then we can play Goosen NEXT WEEK." "You will see what a difference he makes to the scrums, the lineouts, the ruck, and the passing from 9."....

Pure "slapgatgeit" from most of you on here... Hoping the Boks will fail, only so that your favourites can be selected for the team. Fucking worthless supporters that pray for the Boks to lose, just so that the can get the opportunity to bitch and whine for the first part of the week.... And as the weekend draws closer, once again pray that Goosen does not get exposed to the same level of play from the others (forwards), because if Morne is not there we have to blame someone else.... And the cycle repeats itself...

Some of you fucking idiots on here even stated that Goosen should have played 6 tests by NOW... Despite the fact that he was injured during the first five tests... You are fucking worthless idiots that do not deserve to be called a Springbok supporter... You should be ashamed of your wishes for player/s or the team to fail. How the fuck can you call yourself a true Springbok supporter...

hehe me Apollo if you read any of my posts, you won't think that. I do however not whine like this.

So I don't fall into your catagory of whiners, but, I do se that you have placed yourself in exactly that catagory with the above whine. ironic isn't it?

Yo Apollo, take it easy on the swearing, else they'll give you the boot. I actually agree with most of what you have said, the biggest problem with us on Saturday was with our forwards, yes our backline was under par, but that is because they were always under pressure due to our forwards being outplayed.

I think it is important to remember that we lost a close game, away from home, and still picked up a bonus point, so it could have been worse. But we still have a hell of a lot to fix before we can be taken seriously.

A whine is about someone...

That is an "uitkak", directed AT someone...

There is a huge difference...

Blue it's the Age old thing that is true.

No matter how we play, If it works and we win everyone is okay(well i am) If it works and we lose .....well no one likes losing and we fill find mistakes wherever.

Everyone has their ideas of what went wrong, to me I find that a structured gameplan works up to a point we are passing that point. Too much of such a structured gameplan is not good as it gives no leeway for adjustment. This can be seen in the way we play, irrelevant of who did better the forwards or the backs, they need to learn to addapt.

OK Apollo i feel uigekak, whatever for i have no idea, as I am not guilty of anything you mentioned, you need to then direct it at someone and exclude the one's not in the argument, otherwise you are whinineing about the whiners which is whining.

Appolo where would we be without some whining and someone being positive. Stone dead bored.

Its the opposing views that make life interesting.  Mature folk realise that.  Oppose all you like but retain some humour.

i will say this, i find it wrong to want ur team to lose just so u can some players and coaches can hopefully be discredited enough to be dropped.
but in saying that, mornes got to go and meyer should have achieved more then he has so far, but hes still only just started his Springbok coaching tenure, so he deserves at least two whole seasons, before we can fairly judge him, i will say its not impressive so far, but then neither was jake white until the 2007 RWC,,,,well IMO even then he still wasnt impressive, but they did win it and thats all that matters.

Apollo

Nice post - but totally distorted.   Nobody said that the forwards were any good and I rated both Beast and Du Plessis badly - so you are way off the mark.   Better deal in facts - like I always do.   But the backline and in particular Morne Steyn was crap as well.

You are making a mistake with your forecast - becaue it is chiefly based on the issue of attacks on Morne Steyn by board members.   Not all the balls Steyn got was crap - he got a substantial number of  good ones as well - but what he did with them was crap.

I am not a whiner - I state facts and not deal in  day dreams as happens with Beeno.   I give credit to players where credit is due - not otherwise.   However, I do not believe that the opinion of the thinking members of the Board will change like you implied - so your post is next to drivel.

Let me get to other points raised by you.  Nobody on this Board wishes that th Boks lose - that is aboslute crap.   I say now that the Boks are going to lose by at least 16 points - based on performances and fact - not because I want to see some other players selected.    I would hate a loss - but a loss is inevitable with what we have in the squad at present.

Duh!!!

It is not a prediction, but an observation of what happened in the last few weeks. Go read your own posts and how just about everyone of you changed your minds through the course of the previous week... So you say what I "say is going to happen" is drivel or rubbish... Yet it already happened... You must be sooooo proud of the fact that you did not even realise that you already did it...

It is also sooooo nice to see you bum-chums stick together, but that is not the purpose of a forum so I see no need in agreeing with anyone about ANYTHING... Mkay!

As for not hoping the Boks would lose, it is bullshit!!!!... You may be right in saying that no-one will admit to it openly, but from the posts in the lead-up to the test, it is easy to make deductions about which posters wish for the Boks to lose... It is plain slapgatgeit to deny it while you clearly know it is true!!! Slapgat, ekse, slapgat!

Apollo and the Cat

It is very nice of you to call people :"slapgat" and "idiots" because I think we all know where it comes from.   I have the same opinion of people who are nothing but rugby dumbos like you two.   I may change my mind after looking at a game a second time - but never really as badly as I see that Psychos do when they want to be psycophants and fools in the process
