Jantjies was so poor in some matches that in 2012 Mitchell threatened to drop him and in one game he was replaced early.   He was then involved in an undermining exercise iro Mitchell and his and Strauss’s campaign was thrown out by the CCMA – so the Lions had to pay huge damages to Mitchell.

Now we have another classic.  He is now held up as being dismissed from the squad by people who are opposed to transformation in rugby and e is not to be dropped from the squad for that reason.   It is obvious that for that lot performance means nothing and it is clear  from past experience that it is another game played by him and his cronies to stay in the mix.

Another argument now raised is if he is to be dropped  the must make space for another player of colour in another position so as to ensure transformation targets are being maintained.

The above has nothing to do with rugby – but it is a game played by the politicos all set to destroy rugby in SA.   If one look at the performances  of the quota selections playing in tests  they virtually all failed.   That included some so-so performances  (Habana and Mtawarira) and some abject failures (Pietersen, Mvovo, Mapoe, De Jongh and Mohoje)

With that attitude it is clear that SA Rugby is going nowhere and will be on a continuous slide in future.

Why stop the process.....let the coach and his selectors go all the way and field a full 15 man black team for the final two games of the series.
Get all black linesmen and ref, paint the goal posts and field lines black and play with a black ball.
While they are about it have a total TV blackout and donate all the tickets to only black supporters.
If u want change why not do it correctly.
With these actions the ANC will be able to claim that all historical racial issues will be settled once and for all.
Transformation in football has not worked in RSA..... but why worry.
Planks!

Of course ... it's to be expected.
Replacing one chump with a quality player means we're short a chump ... so it's inevitable they'll dig around for the best chump prospect around and draw him into the mix.
No way we'd go into any test match with out our allotment of chumps, are you crazy?
Right now we've set aside 50% of the positions for them ... and counting.
The future looks bright.
