A major problem......

with this board is that it is not Interactive. Take for example a new topic, once it is replaced by a new topic it becomes dormant regardless of how many responses are added. There is no way of telling unless one opens the post and the problem is worse if a thread is added to a slightly older post. A post that has a new thread added should  automatically  jump to the top of the board so as to to invite further comment. but it also serves another purporse and that is to  alert posters that a new thread has been added. What he have is a blog of Inactive post instead of Interactive posts.

We are currently working on a couple of updates to the forum, namely

1. The forum name
2. The editing functionality
3. The updates to the comment count
4. Email notifications (option to receive emails when a user comments on a post in which you have commented)

As the roll-out of updates happens, we'll be informing you.

Hi Ed, Your interest and those of the IT team are highly appreciated. My concern is that unless this Forum becomes truly interactive it will remain static and in the process defeat it's core purpose of becoming a hub.We need to re-structure the Forum to be able to invite comment so that the  blog is activated and becomes the feature/current topic.

 Webbie, the biggest change needed is being able to reply to a specific post and not to the post thread in general
