tonite/ today guarantees the Proteas a semi final spot. There's still a few problems with regards to selection of the team and order and the first major problem is to address the order of the first change bowler.....it cannot and must not be Parnell. Morne Morkel has to partner Rabada followed by either the Allrounder and then Parnell if selected. Parnell is too big a liability when he undoes the good work of the opening bowler at a critical time of the game. Second problem is whether to bat or bowl on the hopelessly flat tracks?... taking into consideration the Protea choke I'm suggesting they should bat first if they win the toss.
Go the Proteas!

It should by rights be a walk in the park for the Proteas. Pakistan hasn't been much of a threat over the last decade or so ... I can't see that changing any day soon.

That is of course if the Proteas don't implode as is usually the case.

They've had an easy route so far. I guess the competition only really starts in the playoffs.

Radebe ... errr ... I mean Rabada should do well against them.

Also depends which Pakistan team shows up today

Pakistan, like West Indies, blow hot and cold on any given day, but can take any international side out, on any given day

Totally unpredictable, but the odds should be heavily in SA's favour

This is the Proteas game to lose. They are the better team and should win with relative ease. However, they don't want to be in the situation where they have to beat India to progress, so a win today is still very important. I don't think this is a pressure match, so our boys should be okay. Different story when we are in the semi's.
