All Black Or All Kak?

There appears to have been a turning point for this All Black team, it began with that two point loss in Wellington last year. Ever since that time, die Schwazewelle have hit the rocks. It would be naive to rule out a World Cup comeback, they were afterall jaded and horribly out of sorts in 2015's abbreviated Rugby Championship, but something is clearly amiss . This team doesn't possess the steady leadership and poise of many of those legendary All Blacks. McCaw, Nonu, Kaino, Smith et al. The unstoppable machine of 2016 and 2017 has been surrounded by nations who have caught up in the rugby arms race, ready to storm their fortress.

Sure there are some problems in the  AB team and those relates to some of their older players who showed negative signs as to performance,  Read is an example - but Whitelock, Frank and ev en their scrummies seems to have problems.  Ben Smith is another candidate of the over-the-hill category players.  

 The red card of Barrett - a player who is not a test standard lock anyway - cost the AB's dearly.  

Fred Flintstone is proving he is no Henry. 

Kierang braai uit...unsporting attitude takes it's toll...the rub of the green is somehow not always going in their favor no more...and it started at Newlands in 2017 alteady...Great match!

I think the culture of the ABs is waning. SBW, Mounga and Savea to name a few players with egos bigger than their ability.

I thinkplaying the best 5/8 in the world at FB clearly is tinkering - mounga was shown up as 2nd rate again last night.

Be interesting to watch if AB stick with their experiments for return match in Auckland. They will be desperate to stop the bleeding... and... frankly gonna to be miraculous if Aussies came with 12pts at eden park.

On saying this I think there are a few players that are approaching their use by date... the newer generation seem to lack the fundamentals that make team culture.

Anyway haahahahhahaha will take the record breaking FLOGGING just handed to them lst night... they are whinging about the red card??? seriously mate go and look at a bit of history in the last 3-5yrs - barrett will be sitting on the sidelines for at least another 6wks...

There's still a lot of pride in the jersey, a winning culture and the skill and talent to be competitive....... let's just wait and see if the Wallabies can frank their win with another, a week later.

Barrett switching back to 5/8th will make a world of difference.

I think it was Brendan Venter who said the All Blacks no longer do the fundamentals as well as they used to, or better than other nations. In his opinion, that was their edge. It certainly looks that way.
