A good review of what all nations face, eg selection policy. I doubt they will open the doors but may tinker with it. Having a coach they believe in may result in fewer players leaving so quickly.

We were fortunate to have a powerful Rassie Erasmus last World Cup.He called the shots and we won it with plenty overseas based players.
