Wow Foster is really changing things up, in part because of the tight schedule (he's thinking ahead to the games against the Boks) and in part because he wants to build experience. We'll see how it goes but it will also depend of the team the Pumas name.

Yes that is a major overhaul of the established test team. Although still should be enough to put the Argies away. The bench is solid, so if things are not going as well as expected, they can bring on more experience.
Interesting to see Mckenzie at 10. Not sure if he is big enough for tight test matches, but he is a smart player so he could probably get past his diminutive stature in the tight passages of the game.

Smart man Foster, it's commonsense though  to rotate players seeing they'll be playing 4 in a row, wish our lot had done likewise but having lost to an average Wallaby side the Boks are forced to play their best side again. Sigh.

Good point Denny but some will argue the Bok coaches haven't fielded their best team yet. Still that's what the coaches intentions are.

There is no way that a player can maintain his physical and emotional highs for four weeks back to back and as it stands the Boks are playing the best team in the last two weeks when they really need to be at the height of their physical and mental best.

Having fronted with their best side they needed to win their first match so as to rotate their players for this week's game.
