What he needs to do is ask God to have mercy on him and forgive him for his sins and translate him from the Kingdom of Darkness into the Kingdom of His dear SON. Yes we are already in two different Kingdoms and if you offered me the entire world I wouldn't swop places with poor MOC.

Will MOC ever be saved. I don't know. What is certain is he days and years are rolling by and MOC is still not saved. Life is tenuous. We can be snuffed out at anytime no matter how permanent we think we are.

I was talking to my wife this afternoon about her sister who is an atheist and said she was an optimistic humanitarian. However like all atheists she has finally come to the point of duspair. 

For the poor atheist  there  is simply no hope. They can't believe God the Father exists. They refuse to seek Him out and they really have zero to hope for.

It's must be truly terrible to be a foolish atheist.
