howdy all,

its RC/4nats time and while on its own thats good haps, for the fanatsy rugby contingent its just that teeny bit more special as we gear up to see who gets exclusive bragging rights.

for some of the folks who might not be used to this thread, this was something i started in spXV for the conveinece of the fantasy rugby newbies, a one stop shop if u will for all teams/players who will  be participating in the upcoming round.
it weill be regularly updated as when teams are announced and if i havent updated it, u can then just post the team in reply to the thread and i will update ASAP. this also has the bonus of bumping the thread back up to the top of the arhcvies list.

anyways, good lock to ur teams both offically and of the fantasy variety, :o)

dane coles wont be in the All Blacks this team this week, he has been released and named in the wellington team to take on counties-manakau.

this means that kev and hore will be the hookers for the All Blacks match against the wallabies and while its just a guess, i reckon hore will start and kev will be on the bench.

pretty interesting to see that fitness wasnt an issue, but this is regarded as the All Blacks toughest match for the year, a revitalized wallabies team in OZ who are motivated like never before after being destroyed by the lions.

i was planning on doing the same as i thought coles had a real good chance of starting, especially after his great performance against france in the first two tests.

i have to say i think the way testrugby,com have set up player transfers both in number of trnasfers and especially the prices of players, plus the budget is a million times better then foxsport. i really enjoy how u have to think about who to recruit, as u cant just recruit ur favourites, cos u would go broke before half ur team is filled, o_O

the pumas are the key, have recrutied a lot more puma players due to how cheap they are in order to strengthen positions elsewhere.
im sure los pumas will be every testrugby.com teams equilibrium.

i wouldnt call it conservative, its logical to pick the best players to get the job done, especially in such a high level game,  like u saidvery logical team which is understandable consdiering the cirumstances.

very difficult getting the All Blacks i want in my testrugby team cos of how expensive they are, meanwhile the wallabies have some bargin players with all the newbies theyve loaded into the team, but i worry if i put too many wallys in my team, will those same player be there next week??? dilemmas dilemmas, o_O

on the plus side, ive got 21 (was 24) cronoa beers already icy cold for tomorrow with a bottle of port to ensure festive times as i hopefully celebrate the All Blacks win, :o)
