pheeeew, sorry boys for the tardiness, i underestimated the speed in which some teams have been named.
will post these threads on monday night from now on, :o)

will keep an eye out on the wararths team as two are still to be ommited.

and boo to the force who last week are dead set to continue thier tradition of being extremely late in naming their team or final 23 as was the case last week.

anyway peeps, good luck to ur teams, the fantasy and official variety,

i often look at the past weeks teams to try and get and edge in picking certain players, this mainly for testrugby where every last $$$ matters. getting rid and recruiting players ASAP can be all the difference.

u might also be interested in just comparing teams etc which is also something im interested in.

long boring story short, i will be adding a link to all teams named from the previous week underneath all the teams listed above, :o)

@mikey,
thanks bro, but im a little peed i only landed into 12th place, last time i checked before scores were finalised, i was sitting in 7th, :o(

but slow and steady wins the race, or as phil dunphy would say, slow is smooth and smooth is fast, :o)

i dont think u should be peed of with steyn, IMO hes making great in roads and at the moment is my current Boks 12
(now now mikey, dont put me in ur crosshairs, were bros remember, LMAO, )
but i can relate to ur certain people enduced rage, cos mark hammet does the exact damn same thing to me, lolz, :o)

I am worried about the Waratahs and especially their bye next week.   I had McJinnem on my bench as a scrummie and see he is not starting.  Hope he does - it will sve me a transfer.

However, in the absence of him - I need a cheap scrummie - any  suggestions? What about the Rebels two?

@mikey,

having a few dilemmas of my own, especially in testrugby where im fast running out of trades.
i have to make sure i dont select any players from a team who has a bye until rnd5.

i wouldnt worry too much about the halves, most players are reasonably cheap cos halfback is the worst fantasy point scoring position on foxsport.

but former wallaby luke burgess of the rebels is not a bad choice at 175k.

Interesting selection - especially the Taylor - Slade issue.  I think they are taking precautions against another goal kick fiasco.  Bird did not impress me last week = Romano would be a better starter.

The forwards should be too good for the Blues though and I think the Crusaders should have an easy win.

I hope grandpa McCaw is recovered from his wheel chair injury and plays better than he did last week.

 The Canes remains the fools of the game.  Why is Ardie not in the starting line up?  He is by a mile their best player.   I think Barrett did not look himself on Saturday - he appeared to be slower and les decisive - Grandpa Conrad did squat, and Benjamin Franks ( I nearly wrote Franklin) frankly made a fool of himself.

I am very frank today - am I not?

 ...Sas will any Saffa teams win this weekend apart from the Lions...might be a bit of a drought with the Sharkies on holiday don't ya think...

...I'm sure Marty Banks will be wanting to make up for that pass that handed the Sharkies the win last week....so looking for a big game from the Canes this week...

...Willy Le Roux is the only Saffa left in my team,,,as i think you get penalised for all the yellow cards don't you and plenty of talent in the NZ and OZ franchises without including these serial infringers from SA...

....not so clevermike you must've missed last week's game when the Mighty Chiefs with 13 players out injured beat the All Blacks... a feat that eluded every team in the world last year that dared to challenge All Black supremacy...how Mighty are the Chiefs then...

it's a whole new forward pack for the Mighty Chiefs this week though except for Ben Tameifuna, Michael Fitzgerald and co-captain Liam Messam

Brodie Rettalick, Ben Afeaki and Kane Thompson are all out through injury.

 Pauliasi Manu and Mahonri Schwalger come into the front row, Matt Symons slots into the second row, and Nick Crosswell and Tanerau Latimer will start on either side of the scrum.

Just one change to the starting backline with Tawera Kerr-Barlow replacing the injured Augustine Pulu.

After it was first feared he'd need an operation on his elbow, fullback Mils Muliaina has been cleared to play...

update

rebels, brumbies, reds, highlanders, chiefs, lions and even the force have all been updated, :o)

special note that the reds have also had a change with mike harris forced out with injury and in comes anthony faainga to the starting line up and ben lucas to the bench.

waratahs have also had a change with dave dennis out of the starting line up after failing to recover from his injury against the force.
hoilies is now playing at number 6 with hooper taking over the captaincy.

no news yet to the rest of the waratahs bench which was already over by 2 players, so stay tuned, :o)

@rooy,

"Girlfriend issues? What the heck kind of a injury reason is "girlfriend issues"? The mind boggles!"

ROLMFAO,

as if losing to the sharks wasnt bad enough, but to lose to the sharks who accept girlfriend issues as a legitimate injury is both hilarious and embarrassing, o_O

and the girlfriend issues saw him out til rnd 4??? O_O
again, ROLMFAO,

marko wentzl is my new hero, now someone insert the loudest whip crack ever please,
